Overview

Aimee La France is currently a consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in organizational design and workforce transformation. Originally from Skaneateles, New York, she graduated from Cornell University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations. Previously, Aimee worked as a research assistant at the Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR), where she co-authored a study on ownership structures and financial strategies in hospital systems. She is primarily interested in researching how corporate governance and organizational behavior reflect the growing dominance of financial motives and actors in the market. Aimee is excited about the opportunity to attend Wharton and looks forward to contributing to campus life while pursuing her academic goals.
