Overview

I am the Intesa Sanpaolo Research Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. My research explores how people construct meaning in life and at work.

In 2023, I graduated with a PhD in Ethics and Legal Studies from the Wharton School. In 2021, I was awarded the Winkelman Fellowship, Wharton’s highest honorific doctoral fellowship. Before coming to Wharton, I studied philosophy as a graduate research student at Kyoto University and completed a BA in philosophy and theology at the University of Oxford.

My research has been accepted for publication in outlets including the Journal of Business Ethics and the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings. I have also won several prizes, including two Academy of Management Best Paper Awards and the Society for Business Ethics’ Founders’ Award. My research has also been nominated for the Academy of Management’s William H. Newman Award and the SIM Best Student Paper Award.
