Sachin Srivastava was a predoctoral fellow at Harvard Business School, researching the measurement of human capital accumulation, with a focus on migration, returns to entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial finance. His independent work explores how high-skilled immigration shapes labor market trajectories through potential spillovers. He has also conducted research on peer effects in hiring, examining how professional networks and prior affiliations influence labor market outcomes. Sachin earned a dual MS in Innovation Management and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Outside of research, he is an avid hiker, astrophotographer, and enjoys traveling.
