Lexi Gordon is a PhD candidate at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She uses a mix of experiments and field data—including workplace emails, Reddit posts, and commencement speeches—to uncover when and why information exchange breaks down and identify strategies for improving communication in the workplace.
