Kathryn Sharpe Wessling

Kathryn Wessling is visiting Wharton and brings her expertise in economic policy modeling in the area of fast food consumption. Most recently she was an Assistant Professor at the Darden School of Business (UVA) where she taught MBAs principles of marketing and marketing research. Prior to academia, Kathryn worked at The Home Depot and Bain & Company.

When she is not bleeding Home Depot orange, she is cheering for her alma mater, the “white and gold.” She is a wramblin’ wreck from Georgia Tech graduating summa cum laude with her bachelor’s in industrial and systems engineering. She received her doctorate in marketing from Duke University.
