Brookes Brown

Brookes is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at Wharton, on leave from Clemson University where she serves as an Assistant Professor of Philosophy and the director of the Program in Law, Liberty and Justice. Her recent research focuses on reciprocity and justice in transactions and ethical limitations on commercial markets. More broadly she is interested in the how we structure our conception of the public and private realms, and questions regarding individual civic obligations (must you vote? pay your taxes?)
